Refund & Exchange Policies

Can I get a refund on my purchase?

A refund will be made within the 7 day period if the item has a manufacturing defect. The product needs to be in its original state in order for an exchange or refund to take place. In order for an exchange to take place, you will have to incur the courier fee for both the return of the item and delivery of the new item to you.

To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once the exchanged product has arrived back at our address. We will ascertain first if we can resell the product. If we can, we will assist you with an exchange. If the product is not in it's original packaging, the packaging is broken or you have already tampered with the product an exchange cannot take place.

We only offer gift vouchers for the store with all exchanges. 

 

Goods Exchange Policy. 

Once your goods have left us they might experience a bumpy ride or get managed a bit roughly. If you take delivery and open your goods to find them damaged, we would love to hear from you as soon as possible. An exchange can only take place within 2 days of taking delivery 

In order to lodge an exchange request please send the following to info@craftartemporium.com :

 

1. Photos of the damaged goods.  

2. A photo of your waybill received when signing for your order. 

3. Your name & order number

 

We will get back to you as soon as possible. 

Exchanges can only take place for damaged caused by the courier. 

If you have ordered the incorrect goods and would like to exchange them - you will need to cover the cost of the courier to collect from your address & deliver to Craftart Emporium. You will also need to cover the courier fee for your new goods.
